I Like Poot...

Cute, right?  What's funny is that the sample I did for the new catalogue from The Angel Company with this stamp set really does remind me of Poot & I.  The catty version has girl as a redhead and Poot wears his hair super short... so THAT card was called "I Like Poot", too :)

I know... there is none of the fluff and foof... no sparklies or blingies... me thinks I need to challenge myself to use some of that stuff.  Otherwise, why in the heck did I buy all that crap... other than to sit unused in the cabinet?

Goofy golf guy...

How fun is this?!  I'm really diggin' this month's special stamp set, Greatest Dad,  from TAC.  First the deer, then this golf ball... and you've GOT to see the dad with the ladder... too dang funny.  I haven't colored that one up yet, but I will be soon.

 But back to this guy.  Super quick and easy to color up!  Look at the tee... doesn't it TOTALLY look like real wood?  Like totally... good grief... how 80's am I?  ANYWAY... what's great about the golf ball?  Well, it's mostly white :)  No fuss color options there, right?

Happy Birthday, Poot!

My hubby turns 34 today! Why yes... yes I DID rob the cradle, thank you :) The important thing is that I LOOK younger than he does :) He swears that I am the cause of all of his grey hair, but he was already turning grey when I met him at age 23... seriously... I'm SO not making that up :)

No big birthday plans for us... we never make any. Sometimes we'll do dinner & a movie, but that is rare... we are SOOOOOOOOOOO married. AND, Poot just happens to be the MOST UNROMANTIC man ever, so anniversaries aren't a big deal around here either... dammit. :)
