The ones I reach for the most:
brunette hair: E29, E25, E35
vibrant red hair or pumpkins: E07, YR27, YR18, YR16, YR14
dark blonde hair: YR24, YR23, YR21
blonde hair:  Y26, Y21
Caucasian skin: E11, E00, E000
cheeks: R81 or R20 
darker skin: E15, E13, E11
"white" skin (as in vampire): BV23, BV20, C00
green:  G46, G43 or YG67, YG63, YG61
drab green: YG97, YG95, YG93
bright green: YG17, YG03, YG01
pink: R89, R85, R83, R81 or RV25, RV23, RV21
black:  T7, T5, T3
red: R56, R37, R35, R32 or R29, R27, R24, R22
sky: BG0000, BG000, BG01
muted teal: BG78, BG75, BG72
teal/aqua:  BG57, BG53
aqua: BG49, BG15, BG13, BG11
denim: B97, B95, B93
purple: V28, V25, V22
