Ok, I'm new to this challenge blog, so I might have broken a rule :) This card is for the 365 Days Challenge #84 for following this recipe:
1 3x3 card1 flower
1 brad
1 piece of ribbon
1 stamped sentiment
and NO PATTERNED PAPER!
I hope it was ok to add a couple of cardstock elements like the brown circles & the aqua border!
I used Sweet Goodies stamp set, Burnt Umber Palette ink, Bazzill Mono-Browns, Kraft & misc. aqua cardstocks, a flower from the Audrey Embellishment Jar, a Karen Foster brad (which I heat embossed with an image from Go Abroad), and misc. ribbon from Michael's.What do you think?

I absolutely love this one. The colours complement each other perfectly. I love the idea of the embossing on the brad. I've only ever heat embossed a whole brad to make the colour match with the card. I've never thought of stamping a design on one. Brilliant, I'll try to remember that tip.
