#1. element on a scrapbook page
#2. cover to a mini-book, maybe bound with the BIA or ribbons (my favorite)
#3. door hanger (just add eyelet & ribbon with some Scrapper's Floss for good measure)
#4. make part of the flap to a notecard holder (I almost did this)
#5. element on card front (I think it's a bit heavy, but maybe not)
#6. tag for a Halloweenie goodie bag
#7. ornament for those that have Halloweenie trees
#8. perfect for one of those "I've been boo'd" neighborhood serial-treat-dropping-ding-dong-ditching deals...
...endless possibilities here, people!
The base is a medium-weight 4" round coaster (I have at least 80 of these puppies!), covered with some Bazzill cardstock (TAC's Mulberry Meadow), sponged and edged. I hand sketched and cut out the bat & cloud elements and used the Fantastix to shade the cloud, bat, and the shadow under the sentiment. I bent the wings of the bat upward and mounted it and the cloud on foam tape for dimension.
Batty Moon Coaster project supplies:
Stamps: Boo Bash (retired)
Paper: Mulberry Meadow yellow Bazzill, misc. black & white CS
Ink: Noir, Cognac, & Orangerie Palettes, Moonlight White Brilliance
Other: Fantastix, foam tape, hydra sponge
If you would like the template for the bat and cloud, just email me (see side bar upper right corner) your email address and as soon as I scan the template, I'll send it to everyone interested.
What do you think?

Barb this is so awesome! I love all of your ideas but if I had to choose one it would be to make it into a door hanger since you said that it's heavy.
I think this rocks. You are an artist!! Drawing your own images and the whole thing is positively professional.
Loving all the Halloween inspiration you're giving Barb!
Barb, you are so talented!! This is as creative as your Frankenstein head!! Love it!
Barb, You are THE Halloween Queen! Love this stuff! The only thing that scares me about all the Halloweenie stuff is......it means Christmas is RIGHT around the corner!!!
super cute! good luck figuring out what to do with it but I know it will be something fabulous!!!
What a work of art!! I'm not sure what you should use it for either...I like ALL the ideas you came up with!! I have a ton of these circle coasters laying around, too, and now I think I've been inspired. :)

Oh my, you rock, and so does your bat moon!!Thanks for sharing!
This would be a nice one of a kind scrapbook page element.
Totally fun and how awesome you drew the bat and cloud yourself! Love all the shading to make it spooky and funky.
Okay - so this is my favorite project yet! AWESOME!!
Wow! This is awesome! I love it!
I didn't realize it was a coaster. First I was thinking on a card front, but agree it would be too heavy. A tag on a treat would be good, especially if it was full of chocolate and coming to me!! Great work as usual.
Okay, I'm a dork! Do the nestabilities work with any die cutting machine? I don't have any, perhaps I should. Anyone want to buy an extra giga punch???
This is amazing!!!!
Just wicked!!! Man, You have been making some incredibly stunning things! :O)
