Mini-halloweenie card

I am sooooooo ready for all of the Halloweenie stuff to REALLY start showing up in stores and on blogs. I've been wanting to create my own little cemetary in the front/side yard for several years, but I never seem to start on it soon enough. I've got some great patterns and 'recipes' for tombstones and the like, but I am SUCH a procrastinator! I need to just set aside a month of weekends (probably next year!!) and just GET IT ALL DONE.

Speaking of Halloween, here is a little 4x4 card with hardly any stamping [gasp!]. I cut into some more of my Black Magic (Hocus Pocus) Core d'nations cardstock and ran it through a couple of the new Cuttlebug embossing folders and got to sanding! This is actually too 'cute' of a Halloween card for me to do, normally, but I thought I'd share anyway!

CuteWeb card supplies
Stamps: TAC's So Splattered (retired), and the sentiment is unknown (I collect Halloween stamps and didn't keep track of the manufacturers in the beginning!!)
Paper: Hocus Pocus Core d'nations color core cardstock, Bazzill MonoPurpleViolets, misc. rust card base
Ink: Noir Palette
Misc.: Nestabilities Scallop Rectangles, Marvy circle punch, Cuttlebug embossing folders, sanding block

Here are a couple of photos of Julie's projects from the 16th Stamping with Scraps day at my house.
Aren't they great?! I'm still waiting on a few ladies to send me photos of their stuff [ahem... cough...]

Has anybody else been working on Halloween stuff yet??

Wow, I can't believe Julie made so much, and she wasn't there as long as me. Did I talk too much or what?

I love the halloween card, that cuttlebug web folder is too cute!

So cute Barb! You know I really didn't get "so splattered" when it was released. Kinda sad that I can appreciate it after it's been retired! LOL It's PERFECT with this card!

I've done a couple Halloween projects. More treat related than anything else. (I only use cards for the teachers.) I love that spider web cuttlebug folder, really cool!!

Aren't those new cuttlebug folders just the greatest? I love the spider web. My friend Rachael did it on white paper and it looks pretty cool that way too. Who would have thunk it?

I made a card just yesterday using those cuttlebug folders. I can't get enough of Halloween cards this year! And I absolutely love how you distress the spiderweb!!

I have been buying many bags of candy. Does that count?
