Anyhoo, though I'm not the gardening type, I saw these cute little watering cans for $1 at Michaels' and had to have them. They have been sitting on my shelf forever, then it dawned on my that TAC had a cute gardener set, Old Friend (now retired).
The garden-chick has a bit of an edgey-look to her, in some strange way... maybe it's the shades... who knows. So, since I never got around to purchasing this wonderful set, Angela K was kind enough to stamp a couple of images for me (thanks, Angela!).
And this is what I created last night. I'm thinking that seed packets or a baby plant could be put into the watering can for a gift set.
Other supplies for this ensemble: Tutti Fruitti SWIC, UltraSmooth white cardstock, DCWV yellow cardstock, Bazzill MonoBrowns, Bazzill Bitty Blossom, Noir & Burnt Umber Palettes, color pencils w/ mineral oil blending.

Too cute! What a great idea!
You are so creative using things to add to your stamping. I'm going to have to start taking notes!! I'm debating doing a craft fair, next year, so will be watching everything you do for the next few months!!

Hmmmm.....I think it's fabulous!!!
Wow, great job on the cards. I like your idea for those darling little watering cans. (I wish this set was still current- I love it.)
Ok - so, I am totally not a gardner either. I just look at something and it keels over. I always blame it on a drought - even on the indoor plants. BUT, I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this!! The colors are so neat and what a perfect gift idea.
Very nice gift set idea! It's great when you can get someone to stamp off some images for you, huh?
Very cute, Barb! I'd love to know how you did the sky and ground around the image.
